I'm Amber Cottrill, a Certified Extension Artist in Washington Court House, Ohio.
I have been a Cosmetologist for 20 yrs. and have specialized in hair extensions for 15 yrs. I offer beaded row and tape-in hair extensions. I am also certified in the Revive System thru Easihair.
